These french fries are the perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are so good, even the veggie haters will love them!

1. Baked Zucchini Fries

"Great way to get in the veggies!" says veggiegm. "Cut the zukes into 3-inch sections, and then cut each tube into 6 spears."

2. Carrot Chips

At first glance, you might mistake these baked crunchy chips for sweet potato fries. Their vibrant orange color and sweet flavor are similar, but that's where their likenesses end. "Trust me, you won't be able to eat just one, they are surprisingly good," says Allrecipes member lutzflcat.

3. Green Bean Fries

Get in a serving of vegetables with these light and crunchy green bean fries. Set up a mini assembly line to make them in three easy steps. Don't have fresh green beans? Use the bag of frozen green beans you have in the freezer, just be sure to thaw them first.

4. Butternut Squash Cajun Fries

Who knew turnips were so tasty!? "I added a shake or two of panko to the bag with the seasonings and cheese. I cut mine into steak fry shape, and they needed probably twice as long in the oven, but they came out with a nice crunch from the panko," says Allrecipes member wisweetp.
