"The closest to my favorite satay served at my Thai restaurant," says Stacey, the recipe submitter. "Prep is quick -- best if left to marinade for a few hours. Skewer up for the grill or saute on the stove! To save time, I buy the chicken tenderloin strips which are already boned, skinned, and nice-size pieces."
"A delicious skewered salmon appetizer that won't have you missing your own party to prepare," says dakota kelly, the recipe submitter. "Simply marinade in a simple sauce, thread them onto skewers, and toss them on the grill. Easy and delicious! Be sure and soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes before grilling to prevent burning."

Grill slices of fresh pineapple. Then chop them up and combine with bell peppers, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, and freshly sqeezed lime juice. "This is my favorite salsa to go with summer grilling," says Elaine. "Serve with grilled chicken breast, fish, or pork."

Not to be confused with actual quail from Kansas, this recipe calls for mushrooms wrapped in bacon and skewered on sticks. That's it! "This is the most requested camping food we have," says Tosha, the recipe submitter. "We have these when we go camping EVERY time! We make dozens at a time and there are never any left."
Try these grilled sweet potato chips with the pineapple salsa above! Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and some spices, toss with the sliced potatoes, and grill until the chips are crisp.
